📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the United States typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders vary by region: UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe average 7–18 business days, and the rest of the world 14–20 business days. All orders are tracked and insured from the moment they leave our hands.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free tracked and insured shipping on every order, no minimum required. You should never have to choose between great products and affordable delivery.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look it up for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 28 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, most of Europe, Japan, Singapore, UAE, and more. Your currency and shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within 2 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to make changes. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us immediately and we'll see what we can do.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If something isn't right, contact us first with your order number — we'll confirm eligibility and walk you through next steps, which may include a refund, replacement, or return depending on the situation. Do I have to ship the product back to get a refund?

Not always. Depending on the item and situation, we may resolve your request with a replacement or a refund without requiring you to ship anything back. Reach out to us within 30 days with your order number, and we'll confirm the best resolution — please wait for our written authorization before sending anything back.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happened. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method. Posting times can vary slightly by bank or card issuer.

Are your products truly natural and clean?

Yes. We carefully vet every product in our catalog. Everything we carry is free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic dyes. Many of our products are certified organic, vegan, and cruelty-free. You'll find full ingredient lists on each product page so you always know exactly what you're putting on your skin.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Every product we carry is cruelty-free. We believe that beauty and compassion are not mutually exclusive — and we hold every brand we partner with to that standard.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated specifically for sensitive skin, including our Fragrance-Free Natural Bar Soap and our 96% Pure Organic Aloe Vera Gel. Product descriptions note skin type suitability. When in doubt, perform a small patch test before full application, and feel free to ask us for a recommendation.

Can I use your products if I have allergies?

We always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities and aren't sure if a product is right for you, contact us before purchasing — we're happy to help you find the safest option.

Do you offer bundles or starter kits?

Not yet, but it's something we're actively building! In the meantime, our team is happy to suggest a routine based on your skin type or hair goals. Just send us a message.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Completely. We never store your payment information directly. All transactions are processed through Shopify's industry-standard encrypted checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your data is always safe with us.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account needed — you can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account lets you track your orders, view your purchase history, and make future checkouts faster.
