Refund policy

1. Overview & Return and Refund Policy

Omnia LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions, procedures, and timeframes for returns, refunds, and exchanges on all orders placed through our online store at myomnia360.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy in full.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

- Return Window: Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking system.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of post-delivery damage — in the same condition in which it was received. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care items must have their protective seals intact and show no signs of testing or use.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and included components intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or order confirmation email is required.

Note: "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal and Pennsylvania state holidays.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations inherent to beauty and natural products, the following items cannot be returned unless received defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described:

- Opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care items (due to cross-contamination risks).
- Items with broken hygiene seals or removed protective wrapping.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance on the product listing at the time of purchase.
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after receipt.
- Gift cards and promotional credits.
- Any item explicitly designated as non-returnable on its product listing page.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, email support@myomnia360.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number].

Please include the following in your message:

- Your full name and the email address used to place the order.
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged, defective, or is not as described.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days with a decision and, if approved, specific return instructions.

Important: Do not ship any item back before receiving written return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

 

5. Return Resolution Process

Omnia LLC fulfills orders through third-party suppliers. Once a return is authorized, we coordinate the resolution with our supplier on your behalf. Depending on the product and circumstances, we may resolve your return through one of the following methods, communicated to you in advance:

- Return Shipment: You will be provided with a return address and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
- Replacement: A replacement item will be dispatched — typically used for defective, damaged, or incorrect items — without requiring a physical return.
- Refund Without Return: For lower-value items or cases where a return shipment is impractical (or restricted due to product safety), we may issue a refund without requiring the item back.

The resolution method is determined on a case-by-case basis. You will always be informed before any action is taken.

 

6. Refunds

- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any authorized returns.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account.
- Timeline: Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after our approval notice. Actual posting times vary by your bank or card issuer.
- Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, a supplier error, or a verified product defect.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or was sent incorrectly.

 

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or contains a product defect (such as an expired item or separation of natural ingredients before opening), contact us within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date at support@myomnia360.com with the subject line: Damaged Item – [Your Order Number]. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

We will coordinate a resolution with our supplier — which may include a full replacement, full refund including return shipping, or exchange — at no cost to you. These rights exist in addition to any statutory rights you hold under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq.

 

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or scent, please return the original item under the terms above for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our written approval, please complete the following steps:

1. Re-check your bank or card statement.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary by institution.

If the issue remains unresolved after checking with your financial institution, contact us at support@myomnia360.com with your order number and approval notice, and we will investigate with our payment processor.

 

10. Your Rights Under Pennsylvania Law

Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any rights you hold under applicable law. The Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL), 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq., prohibits unfair and deceptive trade practices and entitles consumers to seek actual damages and civil penalties for violations. These statutory rights are in addition to the terms of this Policy.
