We keep things simple. Flat-rate shipping, a clear free-shipping threshold, and a returns process built around getting you a real answer from a real person.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Returns
We stand behind everything we carry. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact our support team first — we’ll confirm eligibility and give you return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact support within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging. Damaged orders are handled on a priority basis.

Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, contact support to initiate a return on your original order and place a new order for the product you want.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. If you need to cancel, contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
